At first I found it very dramatic and I could almost hear the sound of the water/wave falling back down to the sea. But after looking at it for a while I also think you can see the photo as a static picture - the way you managed to capture all the details and the drops in the air it also looks a bit like a painting. Well done!
There is only one things that irritates me a little. And it is the darker left side of the picture. I am not sure why, but I just think this dark shadow (in the splashing water and in the reflections) is a bit too sharp like a drawn line through the picture. But that is just my opinion and it is just a small detail.. I still like the photo a lot!
